FAQHow many cards can have I have to a deck?Our decks are standard 54 card decks. We do offer up to 56 cards for the same price on a couple of the decks. Please contact us if you would need the additional cards. What size are the cards? The standard playing card size is 3.5” tall x 2.5” wide. We do offer a bridge size on many of the decks. How many images can I have on a deck? We offer totally customized decks so you can have as many different images as there are cards. For example if your deck is of 54 cards, you can 54 different images, on one side and a single common image on the reverse side. If you desire you can have different images on both sides, depending on your quantity this may incur additional cost. How many colors can be printed on each side? We printed four or full color process on the majority of our cards. We do have the option to print 1 or 2 spot colors if needed. What type of stock are the cards? Our standard stock is a 3-ply 270gsm (grams per square meter) playing card stock that is plastic coated. We have 300gsm and 320gsm stocks available as well in smooth or linen finishes. All of these are 3-ply. In plastic, we have a white PVC 0.30mm plastic, as well as a transparent frosted and transparent crystal clear plastic available. What type of finishing is on the cards? Each deck comes varnished (called plastic coated in the trade) These are specially formulated depending on the quality finish of the stock. The objective is to give a protective layer to the printing, and smoother slippery effect to the cards, for effortless dealing. What type of packaging do the cards come in? Orders under 300 decks come in a white tuck box. Orders over a quantity of 300 come in a custom printed tuck box, which is included in the price. All tuck boxes are plastic wrapped and sealed. What is the minimum quantity? 12 Decks How will I receive my orders? Final Product will arrive via UPS ground. What are the lead times, and shipping time? We offer many different product times depending on the product and quantity you select. 7 business days would be quickest we would ship product. Improved pricing is offered on the longer production options. What type of art files is preferred? High Res PDF’s are preferred but are able to work with almost any file you provide. If your artwork bleeds, make sure they are setup correctly. What if I require samples? Please contact a Sales Representative to request samples. They will be sent out the most economical method. Which credit cards do you accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express. Where do I send my art? Art can be sent directly to the art department at art@yourpromopeople.com. |
